Brandon Surveys Ltd was fully incorporated as a limited company in 1986, its Managing Director at that time having traded since 1977 as a sole trader. The company originally specialising in drainage surveys. In 2002 the company merged with Martin Sawyer Surveys based in Northampton. The new company now able to provide Topographical surveys and Measured Building surveys alongside the drainage surveys.

The present Managing Director, Martin Sawyer, has traded in Northampton as sole trader since 1991, having previously being involved with a local family survey company established in 1983.

Our head office is now based in Northampton although we conduct surveys and inspections all across the UK.

Day to day liaison with clients, dealing with general enquiries and preparing quotations.
Ensuring that surveys are completed on time and that agreed deadlines are met.

Office manager and Senior Surveyor (Building Surveys)

 Joined the company in 2001 as an Assistant Surveyor

Qualifications:
BA(Hons) degree in Architecture at KIAD (Kent Institute of Art and Design) in Canterbury

Responsibilities:
Day to day liaison with clients, dealing with general enquiries and
preparing quotations.
Ensuring that surveys are completed on time and that agreed
deadlines are met.
Supervision of surveyors on site during the survey process, and in the office during the
drawing process.
Quality control of final drawings.

Jeremy Coe
Senior Surveyor

Joined the company in 1982 as a specialist Underground Services surveyor.

Responsibilities:
Undertaking land and building surveys on site.
Undertaking underground services surveys using specialist equipment.
Drawing up surveys and taking them to completion.

Callum Tyler
Surveyor

Joined the company in July 2013 as an Assistant Surveyor.
 
Qualifications:

BTEC Subsidiary Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment at Moulton College.
TSA Surveying Course & Utility Survey Course at The Survey School.

Responsibilities:
Undertaking land, building and utility surveys on site.
Drawing up surveys and taking them to completion.
Quality control on final drawings.

Angela Todirascu

Senior Surveyor

Joined the company in January 2016 as an Assistant Surveyor.
 
Qualifications:
Degree in Cadastre Geodesy and Topography at University ‘Gheorghe Asachi’ lasi Romania.
 
Responsibilities:
Undertaking land and building surveys on site.
Capturing 3D data on site using a laser scanner and interrogating it in the office. 
Drawing up surveys and taking them to completion.
Quality control on final drawings.

Matthew Woolerton

Joined the company in April 2016 as an Assistant Surveyor.

Qualifications:
BSc.(Hons) in Geology, University of Leicester.

Responsibilities:
Undertaking land and building surveys on site.
Drawing up surveys and taking them to completion.
